List each assembly: roof deck, walls, ceilings, rim joists, slab edge. Note foam type if specified, target R-value or thickness, and any spec section numbers.
Send current sheets with the insulation schedule, wall sections, roof plan, and energy compliance report if one exists. Mark addenda and revision dates.
Give the bid due date and the expected insulation start window. If dates are not set, say so.
Tell us about phasing, number of units or buildings, lift or scaffold needs, and whether electrical and plumbing rough-ins will be complete.
