The work behind the foam.
Your proposal is more than a spray day. We plan the prep, checks, and follow-through that make sense for your home, with the actual work defined by your quote.
- Quoted prep
- Appliance checks
- Attic and CO monitoring
- Limited warranty
Prep before foam
Poly sealing and other quoted prep first.
Appliance checks
Applicable combustion testing by qualified personnel.
Two kinds of monitoring
FoamGuard watches attic conditions; CO monitors are separate.
Workmanship backing
Five-year LIMITED warranty, subject to contract terms.
Your signed proposal defines the actual scope for your home.
Before, during, after
Prep is part of the job, not an afterthought.
We spell out what is needed and quote the work. Not every home needs every step.
Why poly sealing matters- Pre-foam poly sealing
- Old insulation removal and disposal, when applicable
- Sealing accessible pest-entry points, when applicable
- Disinfection before spraying, when applicable
Foam application, then cleanup and a final review.

A view into attic conditions, not a carbon-monoxide detector.
Two different tools
We do not confuse attic monitoring with CO monitoring.
CO monitors
Customer carbon-monoxide monitors are left behind as part of the price. They are separate from FoamGuard.
Clear responsibilities
Careful checks. Clear terms.
The signed proposal is the source of truth for your project.
Combustion testing
Qualified personnel test applicable combustion appliances and make needed corrections within the agreed scope. This is not a promise of indefinite safety or unlimited repairs.
Five-year limited warranty
The signed proposal contract warrants the original customer against defects in our spray-foam installation workmanship for five years from substantial completion, effective after amounts due are paid. Coverage, conditions, and exclusions are in the contract.
